Licensed Electrical Contractor

Holds the electrical license in New York City and Florida, and carries permit and inspection responsibility for the work.

Project Management

Manages scope, schedule and cost, and works directly with boards, managing agents, owners and general contractors.

Electrical Engineer

Existing-condition survey, load and capacity analysis, drawings and specifications, performed by our electrical engineer.

Low-Voltage Specialist

Network and structured cabling, intercom and access control, cameras, submetering and EV readiness.

Serena Tia Bhaduri

Serena leads Czarena's commercial strategy, pricing, contracting, procurement and client relationships. She works with clients, boards, managing agents and project partners to develop scopes, structure projects and carry them from opportunity through contracting and administration.

Before entering construction, Serena spent more than twenty years in enterprise business development, structuring and negotiating complex, multi-million-dollar commercial agreements with major national and global companies.

Igor Inkov

Igor leads Czarena's technical execution, bringing more than fifteen years of hands-on electrical and systems experience across residential, commercial, institutional and public-sector environments.

An electrical engineer by training, his work spans electrical power, low-voltage infrastructure, structured cabling and networks, access control and CCTV, building automation and complex building technology. His experience includes more than 200 completed projects.
